This salt comes from the Salt Range, now in Pakistan, it was once the heart of the
Indus River valley civilization. It is also called the Punjab, about a thousand miles
from the Himalayas. Salt deposits left by he evaporating sea of Tethys, almost 600
million years ago formed the Salt Range. One of our sources, Khewra Salt Mines are
the oldest in the salt mining history of the sub-continent. In this mine there are 18

While the pink crystal salt on the marketplace is often referred to as Himalayan
salt, the truth is that there are no crystal salt mines in the actual Himalayas. In
fact, they are over a thousand miles away from the Himalayas in the Salt Range
Mountains. The purest most highly structured salt for human consumption comes
from the Salt Range in Pakistan. Although there are a few salt mines in Himachel,
Hunza land and Nepal, they yield a salt generally unfit for human consumption.

The elements in rock salt are not integrated into the salt's crystal grid, but cling to
the outside surface and crevices of the crystalline structure. This is the
fundamental difference between rock salt and crystal salt. A salt crystal manifests
a superior structure. Due to this potentialized form, the elements, frequencies and
vibrational patterns are bio-chemically available for our cells. Rock salt, a cheap
alternative to table salt, is at least a natural product. Biochemically and
biophysically however, it is of little importance to our organism.
We can only receive the resonant effects of the geometrical structure through the
superior order or structure of a crystal and our cells can only absorb those
elements that occur in an ional-colloidal form. Only under considerable pressure
can the elements be transformed into a specific size, making them ionic-colloidal,
which enables them to pass through our cell walls. This is important because our
cells can only absorb what is bio-available organically in ionic-colloidal form. It is
interesting to note that we cannot absorb minerals from mineral water because
they're not refined enough to penetrate our cell walls. And what doesn't get into
our cells cannot be metabolized. Therefore, the best calcium is useless if it cannot

Common table salt is really just a waste product of the industrial age with only two of the
original 84 vital elements remaining (sodium and chlorine). This is detrimental to our
health, as our bodies are unaccustomed to deal with something so un-natural. Sodium
chloride, by itself is an aggressive substance on the body. Biochemically, it is perpetually
seeking an equalizing counterpart so that the body's ph can remain neutral. Sodium
chloride needs its natural counterparts in order for it to produce its effect, such as
potassium, calcium, magnesium and other minerals and trace elements. Common table salt
has been stripped of these elements that it needs to properly be utilized by the body.
Therefore, the result of consuming common table salt is the formation of overly acidic
edema, or excess fluid in the body tissue, which is also the cause of cellulite. That's why
doctors tell us to avoid salt. For every .035 oz. of sodium chloride that cannot be
eliminated, the body uses 23 times (23x) the amount of its own cell water to neutralize the
salt.
If the sodium chloride is still too high, the body re-crystallizes the table salt by using
available non-degradable animal proteins, (as those found in milk), which also have no
value and cannot be broken down and eliminated. The body uses these proteins to produce
uric acid in order to get rid of the excess salt. As the body cannot dispose of uric acid, it
binds itself with the sodium chloride to form new crystals that are deposited directly in the
bones and joints. This is the cause of different kinds of rheumatisms such as arthritis, gout,
and kidney and gall bladder stones. The recrystallizing is the body's band-aid solution for
the cells and organs in order to protect the body from irreparable damage of irresponsible
food intake. But in the long run, it poisons the system because those substances cannot be
disposed of. Table salt only demineralizes and toxifies our bodies and as it is in all the
foods modern humans eat, perhaps this is why there is so much sickness and disease.

Sea salt is a much preferred alternative to refined processed salt. However, natural
salt harvested at the shore is only fully viable as long as it is not industrially
processed and is not supplemented with additives to make it pour more easily. Sea
pollution, with its many harmful toxins, causes negative biophysical frequency to
affect the finished product.
Unfortunately, even the highest quality sea salts can have picked harmful pollutants
and heavy metals from the ocean in which they are harvested and dried. Moreover,
the salts can contain trace amounts of sharp pieces of sand, which can be irritating
to both the intestinal tract and the delicate cells of our body. Additionally, quarried
salt, a grey type of sea salt usually contains gypsum which gives it less flavor
because of reduced solubility. Because of this, the salt is refined chemically to
remove these impurities to make it more soluble. And this further makes sea salt
detrimental to our health.

diminish negativity. It can assist in dispelling feelings of abandonment and incite
